30in30 – Post 17 – Exploring AI Personas in Business Writing: Unveiling Unique Executive Perspectives

Welcome to the 30-in-30 blog campaign! I’m excited to launch this initiative, which involves publishing a brand new blog post every single day for the next 30 days. I will not mince words about this. It is hard to keep it up, stay engaging, relevant and interactive. More about this campaign is at the end of this article.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) has permeated various industries, revolutionizing the way we work and communicate. Among the groundbreaking applications of AI is the ability to create personas, enabling the ability to examine priorities and motivations from different perspectives.

In this article, I’ll delve into the world of AI personas and explore five executive business personas within the realms of IT, security, and finance, each with their own distinct perspectives and roles. I’m going to create these personas and then get them to co-author some content so it highlights a distinct angle when discussing a topic, as opposed to just having me blather about it from a singular perspective. It will be like getting a team of content creators to amplify messaging. I honestly do not know how well this will work, or whether it will sound dry and forced, or like some generated drivel. Hopefully this is a useful exercise and others can gain value from the process.

Step 1. Set the stage:

Using ChatGPT, I asked it to:

“Provide five examples of different executive business personas that would work within IT, security and finance. Give them names and short bios.”

Step 2. Give them bodies

Using Midjourney I used the following prompts:

/imagine prompt: a business portrait a man wearing a business casual suit, entrepreneur, high quality, professional portrait, photo realistic, canon full frame

/imagine prompt: a business portrait a women wearing a business suit, high quality, professional portrait, photo realistic, canon full frame

After a rigorous selection process, I am happy to announce the new DesigningRisk content creation team!
